Our client
Ganteline - Coverguard is a certified manufacturer and distributor of safety and protective solutions for various industries. The company offers a wide range of products, including general workwear, shoes, gloves, helmets, and specialized protective equipment such as hearing, sight, respiratory, and fall protection. They also provide custom branding and embroidery services. Coverguard operates in 70 countries, and in Hungary, Ganteline is a key player in the safety equipment market. Since 1992, they have offered nearly 12,000 products from 100 manufacturing partners, supplying 40% of the safety equipment used in Hungary.
The task
Ganteline’s outdated website no longer met modern standards, so they approached us to redesign the site and align it with the branding of their parent company, Coverguard. Additionally, they aimed to digitize their paper-based processes and reorganize and manage their extensive product database more efficiently. The new website needed to not only enhance the customer experience but also improve internal efficiency, helping to strengthen their market position and drive growth. The goal was to create a modern, well-structured platform that simplifies the sales process and boosts Ganteline’s market competitiveness.
Our solution
Through our research, we identified the features Ganteline’s partners needed and how we could optimize sales and collaboration. Based on the results, we redesigned the online product catalog, created a partner portal and download center to assist their partners, and reorganized customer service processes to reduce the burden on their support team. Additionally, we provided a well-organized, IP-based location system combined with a map-based search tool, giving Ganteline’s numerous key partners prominent and ranked visibility. The design elements were developed in line with the corporate identity guide of the parent company, but we adapted and refined them to suit the project’s specific needs.
They gave the most favorable offer from more than ten companies. They agreed to an extremely favorable deadline, which they kept throughout. We got exactly what we expected and what was promised: a professional, fast, efficient solution to what we asked for. They are up-to-date with new trends and tools: they were able to propose a "boxed" solution for everything we envisioned.
