The Client

ITC Sopron is an innovative industrial park located next to the Sopron-East junction of the M85 motorway. The modern hall and office buildings provide ideal spaces for manufacturing, assembly, food processing, and other industrial companies. The Innovation and Technology Center (ITC) aims to offer tenants a modern work environment with flexible lease terms and low operating costs.

The Task

ITC Sopron tasked us with creating a new website to effectively support the leasing of available spaces. For the project, we were provided with an existing logo and a local advertisement, which served as the starting points. Based on these, we had to further develop and modernize the visual identity to meet current visual expectations and the company’s business goals.

Our Solution

Through interviews with the client, we gained a deep understanding of the industrial park’s goals and business expectations. Based on initial research and gathered background information, we developed the website’s structure and determined the content necessary to achieve successful leasing.

For the visual identity, we started with the existing logo and incorporated the color scheme from the provided advertisement. The modern, distinctive typography ensures instant recognizability across various platforms. We emphasized a technical and high-tech aesthetic, as the office and workshop rentals primarily target manufacturing companies. The supporting graphic elements, such as the grid pattern and arrow motif, visually depict growth and innovation. Photos represent the project’s starting point, while the dynamic patterns illustrate expansion and innovation, aligned with ITC Sopron’s mission.
