The Client
MuleFactory was founded in 2007 by a group of gamers with the aim of making it easier for players to acquire in-game virtual items and goods. The webshop now has over 175,000 users and caters to the needs of the gaming community by providing a variety of game-related products.
The Task
Due to the rapidly evolving gaming market, MuleFactory needed continuous development and modernization to keep up with trends and community expectations. Initially focused on fantasy games, the platform expanded to include various types of games, which required the brand to be repositioned. Our task was to modernize the website’s appearance and create a fresher, more dynamic communication that reflects the webshop's expanded functionality and offerings.
Our Solution
The primary goal was to fundamentally improve the user experience and restructure the webshop so that players could easily navigate between different games, find relevant information, and seamlessly buy and sell virtual items. The site needed to be faster, more responsive, and able to meet the needs of players across different styles and platforms.
After analyzing user journeys and objectives, we reorganized the webshop content to make it easier for players to access central pages for their favorite games. Here, they can find all the essential information, including the option to buy and sell virtual goods. The new interface was designed to provide simple, streamlined navigation and improve the overall user experience.
In addition to the interface redesign, we developed a new brand identity for MuleFactory that better reflects the expanded product offering. The original fantasy-focused look was transformed into a more modern, multi-style brand that appeals to a wider audience. This visual update and brand repositioning allowed MuleFactory to adapt to the needs of different gaming communities and remain competitive in the ever-changing market.
